Business production project: white sawn stone with Turkish tundra marble
For the "Intag El-Aamal" (Business Production) Project, we have redefined the facades of productive and service facilities. We did not rely on the stereotypes of cold industrial buildings. Instead, we chose materials that reflect sophistication, order, and strength simultaneously. The foundation here rests on soft, sensory contrast:
Matted White Stone: Forms the main structure and primary facade of the project. The white color reflects professional cleanliness and strict order, while the matted (non-shiny) surface gives a sense of cohesion and practical calm, reducing annoying light reflections—ideal for buildings operating long hours.
Turkish Tundra Marble: This marble is a natural work of art. Characterized by an off-white or very light gray background intersected with soft, gray veins resembling the terrain of icy tundra regions or light clouds. This marble adds a sense of cool, calm elegance to the project, used as wall panels, entrance frames, or internal reception areas.
Key Features:
Duality of Power & Elegance: Stone provides durability and production toughness; Tundra marble provides artistic and soft touches.
Absolute Color Unity: Since both materials are light (white/light gray), you get a visually unified facade, yet rich in detail and depth.
Hidden Maintenance: Dust and dirt are less visible on both types, reducing apparent cleaning costs.
Visual Cooling: Light colors reflect heat, helping to lower the building's temperature in hot climates.
Conclusion:
The "Intag El-Aamal" Project, with its Turkish Tundra Marble and Matted White Stone, is the facade of the new era: icy calm, rocky durability.
