Reconstruction level project
In this project, we transition to a warm and rich color palette, where the "solidness" of Bush-Hammered stone meets the "delicacy" of Rosa marble, creating a facade that embodies sophistication with a luxurious classical touch.
Main Facade Elements:
1. Yellow Bush-Hammered Stone:
Character: Natural, Solid, and Richly Textured.
Description: Yellow stone treated with a "Bush-Hammering" technique to create a pockmarked, rough surface that adds depth to the facade.
Features: Provides a strong historical presence and architectural strength. It is highly resistant to harsh weather conditions and effectively masks the effects of aging.
2. Rosa Marble:
Character: Soft, Aristocratic, and Refreshing.
Description: A premium natural marble characterized by calm pink shades and delicate veining, used to balance the ruggedness of the stone.
Function: Serves as an "inlay" or "framing" element to highlight entrances and windows, significantly enhancing the building's visual prestige.
Proposed Facade Distribution:
| Element | Technical Details |
|---|---|
| Main Mass | Evenly distributed Yellow Bush-Hammered Stone |
| Inlays & Frames | Polished Rosa Marble around architectural openings |
| Entrances & Porticos | Grand Rosa Marble columns or frames to emphasize luxury |
| Visual Dividers | Marble lines to break down large stone masses and create rhythm |
General Project Features:
Color Gradient: The interplay between sandy yellow and soft pink evokes a sense of grandeur and aesthetic comfort.
Texture Contrast: The fusion of "Bush-Hammered" roughness with "Polished Marble" smoothness creates a unique tactile and visual experience.
Investment Value: Utilizing natural Rosa marble and stone substantially increases the property's market value.
Summary: In the Mansoub Al-Taameer project, we bridged the language of the earth (Yellow Stone) with the language of elegance (Rosa Marble) to deliver a design overflowing with warmth and architectural sophistication.
